ESSIC / AOSC Professor Raghu Murtugudde was cited in a recent article in The Telegraph.  The piece entitled, “The rainmen cometh,” discusses how both international and indian climate scientists are working together to aid farmers in more accurate predictions of the annual monsoon season.
